However, verification does not create employment, partnership, or joint venture status with Believe in Boudoir or BoudoirPrepGuide.com.

5. FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION

Any person or business claiming to be a “Believe in Boudoir” or “BoudoirPrepGuide.com” photographer who is not listed on our website is not affiliated with us.
Such claims are false and fraudulent.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any false representation or misuse of our brand identity.
